Rent

The rent will be either an agreed base rent or agreed percentage of turnover, net of VAT, whichever is the higher, and will be exclusive of rates and service charges. Offers in excess of £42,500 per annum are invited.

The unit is available by way of a new 3 year lease contracted outside of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and is subject to a 6 month rolling Landlord break.

Description

The cart will be located by the South Molton Street/New Bond Street entrance of the station, and will be the only cart opportunity within the station.

The unit benefits from power via a floor mounted 110V electrical supply and any cart would need equipment to run off this or house a transformer to bring it up to 220/240V. The unit does not benefit from water, drainage or ancillary storage.

The retailer will be responsible for installing their own cart. The cart must fit within a demise of 2 square metres. Any cart design must comply with Section 12 Fire Safety Regulations.

Location

Bond Street Underground Station is located in the City of Westminster and is served by the Jubilee and Central lines, situated between Green Park and Baker Street, and Oxford Circus and Marble Arch respectively. The station is in Travelcard Zone 1, with a footfall of 61 million in 2017.

The cart will be located by the South Molton Street/New Bond Street entrance to the station, benefitting from the high volume of commuters and tourists who use the station daily.
