One Stop Shopping is a well established hybrid retail park and shopping centre serving the north side of Birmingham. Its strength comes from the overall critical mass of the retail offer (65 retail and food and beverage units totalling 376,663 sq ft) set amongst 1,200 free car parking spaces.

The offer blends a major Asda supermarket with regular family shopping (including Boots, New Look, Peacocks, Wilko, Home Bargains, and Poundland) an element of factory shopping offer (Nike, M&S Outlook, Clarks and Footlocker) alongside a market and everyday catering.

Sovereign Centros purchased the centre in December 2016, and the prospect is the new owners will invest in modernisation and refurbishment to bring a freshness to the centre alongside appropriate tenant mix changes to include additional family focused retailers and an improvement in the catering offer. Further details available on request.

The centre is well managed and has a reputation for being trouble free and fully integrated into its local catchment with a focus on supporting community events and engagement.

One Stop is located 4.5 miles directly north of Birmingham City Centre adjacent to the A34 arterial route, and is easily accessible from junctions 5,6, and 7 of the M6 as well as from the Birmingham inner ring road. One Stop has an integrated bus and rail interchange and it is understood that the local authority would like to invest in refurbishing the interchange during 2018/19 subject to confirmation of funding.
