Description

This is an exciting new opportunity in Manchester being converted out of a garage area within the St James’ office building on Oxford road in Manchester.

The conversion will create a new unit that will be suitable for leisure as well of restaurant use. The conversion is currently subject to confirmed interest but is targeted to be deliverable within 2017. The garage contains period features including a glazed 20 ft high roof and we can provide concepts and some precedent studies for the space design.

Location

Located 2 minutes’ walk to the Oxford Train Station which had an estimated 7.9m passengers last year. The entrance fronts onto Oxford Road which connects the traditional city centre to ‘Corridor Manchester’, the science, innovation and arts cluster around the city’s two universities. The Circle Square development site (1m sq ft mixed use development, Phase 1 to be completed in 2019) is just 3 minutes’ walk away
